Acupuncture Treatment
Time: 30-60 minutes
Needles: extremely thin, FDA approved, sterilized, individually wrapped and used only once.
Sensation: not painful! You may feel warmth, pressure, light soreness or numbness. New patients often comment that the feeling is unfamiliar, but pleasant and comforting.
Goal: stimulate specific points beneath the skin through the insertion of acupuncture needles to assist your body in healing itself.
Acupoint Injection Therapy
Injection of sterile biological substances such as herbal extracts, homeopathic medicines, vitamins, minerals and other nutrients by hypodermic needle into specific acupuncture points and/or sites on the body. You thereby gain the dual effect of stimulating the acupuncture point itself while gaining the pharmacological effect of the substance injected.
Auricular Therapy
Time: 20-30 minutes
There are approximately 180 ear points that can be used to treat various diseases. The sensation is like an insect bite. Most effective treatments are given daily or every other day for ten treatments. There are many studies on its effectiveness for addiction and weight loss. It also augments body acupuncture.
Cosmetic Acupuncture
Time: 60-90 minutes
